A Fantasia menu offering a selection of courses starting with a trio of Chef's first courses (with seasonal ingredients), a mixed roast with ghiotta potatoes and, finally, a delicious dessert.

Chianina Menu – for 2 people
A journey of authentic flavors that celebrates Tuscan tradition in every course: we begin with a tasting of typical appetizers, followed by a Tuscan soup prepared according to seasonal ingredients. The highlight of the menu is the sumptuous Chianina Florentine steak, approximately 1 kg from the rib-eye, served with potatoes alla ghiotta. The meal concludes with a house dessert.
