Over time. Every space speaks of Florence: the first room, on Via della Spada, is the heart of the place. Home to the old rotisserie, today a large painting depicting Florence bygone days frames the large grill, the home of the Florentine steak. Here, the rustic charm of the origins reigns supreme. The exposed beams, wooden details, and traditional furnishings keep the most authentic Tuscan spirit alive.
The 2014 renovation added a large, bright, and modern dining room, designed to offer maximum comfort without losing the welcoming spirit that has always characterized La Spada.
